The Applicant is a shareholder or member of an irrigation scheme that holds a Permit to take Water within the Scheme Area for supply either within or outside the Scheme Area; or 4. The Applicant does not hold a Permit but owns/leases land within the Scheme Area and wishes to apply for a Permit once a SWAA is in place; or 5.The Applicant does not hold a Permit and does not own/lease land within the Scheme Area but wishes to invest in WIL, provided that the Applicant can never hold more than 20% of the Water Shares. If the applicable Water Management Zone has already been fully allocated then TDC will not be able to affiliate the Permit and the Offerors will not be able to accept the Application.
