This is an offer of interests in Obsidian Contributory Mortgage Scheme (the Scheme). Your money will be invested by Obsidian Group Limited (the Manager) in loans secured by mortgages, which you choose to be in your portfolio. The Manager selects the loans you can choose from to include in your portfolio. The Manager also manages and administers the loans in your portfolio.
